Set up your AI Employee
1. Define your brand voice
Open AI Employee → Brand and tell StaffDuet about your business: what you do, who you serve and how you like to sound. This brand-voice profile is what keeps every post, script and email sounding like you.
2. Generate your first content
Head to the Studio and choose what you want — a social post, a video script, an SEO check or an email campaign. The AI Employee drafts it against your brand voice in seconds.
3. Review before anything goes out
Nothing is posted automatically. Every draft lands in your review queue, where you can:
- Approve it as-is,
- Edit the wording first, or
- Reject it and ask for another take.
Once approved, you publish it — and mark it as posted to keep your calendar accurate.
4. Build a rhythm
Use the calendar to plan what's coming and keep a steady cadence. Over time the AI Employee learns your preferences from what you approve and edit.
