Getting started with StaffDuet
1. Create your account
Open the app and sign up with your email, Google or Apple. StaffDuet is free to start — you only choose a plan when you're ready to put your team to work.
2. Set up your workspace
StaffDuet is built for teams, so the first thing you'll do is create a workspace. Give it your business name and invite your colleagues. Everyone you invite gets a role — owner, admin, member or viewer — which decides what they can see and change.
3. Pick a plan
There are two plans, Pro and Pro Plus — no add-ons. Both include every product for your whole team; Pro Plus gives you higher output and premium AI models. Choosing a plan provisions your workspace automatically.
4. Find your way around
- AI Employee — your marketing assistant: content, video scripts, SEO and email.
- Shop — a public booking page for your products and services.
- Finance — invoices, receipts, expenses and tax reports.
- HR — directory, leave, timesheets and payslips.
